It's "Kusha Week" on Philip the Bard's Harappan Blog

Greetings wonderful readers. Thanks for being here.

It’s “Kusha Week”. Kusha comes out next week and all this week I’m spilling details and background.

Today I have a note for my Christian friends. One of the villainous groups driving the story in Kusha is the Knights of Tarsus. Most people with some historical knowledge understand the Tarsan reference points to Christianity. I want my Christian friends to know that for me the Tarsans don’t represent Christianity. They represent the part of Christianity that has turned their back on the core beliefs of the faith.

The Tarsans represent the Christians who have become political partisans. “The Christian Right” is, as I see it do not follow the teaching of the man they call the Christ.

But, what I really want my Christian friends to know is that I have redemption planned for the Tarsans. But by the end of the last book in the series the Earth will become known as the “Soul of the Galaxy”.

I am going to save the Tarsans. They will turn their back on their evil ways.

Not right away. The Tarsans still have some nastiness left in them for Kusha.
